The Role
We are seeking a talented and strategic Influencer Manager to join our growing team. As the Influencer Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with our clients' objectives and resonate with their target audience. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, relationship-building skills, and a keen understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies in line with client objectives and overall social media campaigns.
- Identify and research potential influencers and content creators across various platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers to ensure the agency stays ahead of the curve.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide guidance to influencers on content creation to align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer selection, contract negotiation, content approvals, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and strategists, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports showcasing key metrics, ROI, and other relevant data.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Uphold ethical standards in influencer relations, fostering transparent and authentic partnerships.
Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and emerging influencers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
